Location: Office based out of our Los Angeles HQ.
Compensation: The annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, with a guaranteed base pay of $80,000, and a heavy emphasis on performance-based compensation. During the first 90 days, you will be guaranteed a commission, resulting in an annual take-home pay of $120,000.
We offer a competitive structure with an approximately 50/50 split between fixed and variable compensation, rewarding your achievements and driving your success.
Please note the cash compensation is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
