Purpose

The sales enablement managers is responsible for GCA Sales Pipeline management through SFDC quality and quantity driven, and leading opportunity managers in building and directing cross functional pursuit teams to deliver sustainable growth through high quality customer solutions for those strategic customer complex opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Sales pipeline management

  • Anchor SFDC superuser in the team, and providing professional knowledge in enable sales in SFDC adoption
  • Deliver training or coaching sessions to the sales team in SFDC new functions, especially when M&A for new colleagues onboarding
  • Continuously optimize the way of sales pipeline management, including short sales cycle and long sales cycle
  • Supporting GCA Sales management with insights on sales pipeline drive

Improve sales effectiveness and improve win rate

  • Lead OPM in managing sales process for solution sales ensuring timely and accurate qualification of all opportunities
  • Ensure all qualified solution opportunities progress through effective project management, with accountability of resource scheduling, capacity management and coordination with different stakeholders
  • Effective and structured communication of status and progress of opportunities to senior leadership

Manage opportunity process for assigned pipeline for OPM roles

  • Gather customer requirements and ensure these are clearly translated to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of external responses, reporting progress and timely escalation of issues impacting solutions
  • Coordinate inputs from various functions contributing to customer offerings
  • Coach sales team on sales process and share best practices

Cross Functional Management and Coordination

  • As sales enablement manager, need work closely with sales transformation team, customer success partner team and vertical sales teams to ensure the smooth collaborations across different teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Focused, energetic and result driven, maintains performance under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Disciplined, structured and process oriented and with a balance between project management, fact based analysis and commercial acumen

  • Proven experience in project management principles, practices and tools

  • Highly collaborative with ability to lead cross functional and remote project teams both locally and internationally

  • Effective communicator, proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to build buy-in and excitement in a matrix organization structure

  • Analytical and customer centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions

  • Competent in creating and building written business proposals translating customer requirements in structured value propositions

  • Extensive knowledge of complex end to end logistics & services concepts

  • 5+ years’ experience in international sales, account management or supply chain management function, preferably within a 3PL organization

  • 3+ years’ experience in team management

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, and Chinese is required. Multilingual is highly desirable.
