We are now looking to expand the team with a Sales Commissions Manager to chase the dream with us.
The essence of the role
Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to join our dynamic team. The person who will become part of our group will be responsible for sales commission calculation framework. In Sinch, Sales Commissions Manager is a role focused on creation, optimization, and coordination of E2E processes from quota setting, sales incentive plan issuance, commission calculations to commission pay-out. The role is part of Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team and is partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal and other stakeholders across Sinch Group.
You will report to the Director of Sales Incentives and Compensation, who is based in EMEA.
