Risk Analyst

- Monitor, detect, prevent, and address fraud across all Aspire Global Networks white labels and brands including but not limited to card fraud, bonus abuse, affiliate fraud, compromised accounts… 

- Promotions Risk analysis 

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to detect suspicious patterns and fraud rings 

- Set up new Risk reports, alerts, and rules 

- Support and be a point of contact for the rest of the department or the rest of the company for any Risk matter. 

- Investigate accounts, activity or documents escalated by the rest of the department. 

- Improve cooperation in the business and spread Risk awareness 

- Gameplay checks 

- Chargeback management (recording, analysis, preventive measures and representments) 

- Following compliance guidance, liaise with 3rd parties and answer external requests (banks, police authorities, payment providers, game providers...etc) 

- Document fraud cases, investigations, and processes 

- Report to line management financial losses and recoveries 

- Any other task assigned by line management 

- 2 years of experience working within a Risk/Fraud team in the Igaming Industry 

- Knowledge of the different types of fraud that can take place in the Igaming Industry and the best practices to detect, address and mitigate them. 

- Understanding of the commercial approach as well as the balance between business 

needs and risk mitigation. 

- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. 

- Experience with project management tools or fraud prevention systems is an asset 

- Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision 

- Flexible and organized with good time management Skills 

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  

- Comfortable taking initiatives and making decisions within the agreed scope
