Job Description

Nielsen seeks a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English/Spanish) for a remote, full-time position based in Mexico. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. The successful candidate will adhere to productivity, performance, and quality standards, contributing significantly to Nielsen's global market research efforts. The position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Initial in-person orientation will be in Mexico City; thereafter, work will be from home with provided equipment. This role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to global market insights.
