As a Regional Product Lead, Modern Measurement, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Google advertising. You'll work closely with businesses of all sizes to understand their needs and develop strategies for growth using Google's products. You'll also be responsible for identifying business requirements, influencing product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll be passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision making, and helping businesses succeed. You'll have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and be able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights. You'll be a strong communicator and have the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently.
Good to have:
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
