Job Description

Tesla's Recruitment Team in Grünheide, near Berlin, seeks a working student to support recruiting activities, primarily for engineering positions. Responsibilities encompass the entire talent acquisition process, including administrative support, maintaining applicant files, assisting with recruiting events (Assessment Days), creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes via the applicant tracking system, and collaborating on special projects. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in German and English, structured work habits, and administrative proficiency. Must have:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in progress
First recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in German and English
Structured work style
Administrative skills
20 hours/week availability

What You’ll Do

Support our Recruiting Team throughout the entire talent acquisition process
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Recruiting Team
Maintain applicant files in compliance with applicable requirements
Support on Recruiting Events like Assessment Days
Assist with the applicant recruiting process to include creating job descriptions, scheduling phone screens, and reviewing resumes through the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on special projects
