Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prodigious, you'll support business units in achieving their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for Creative, Engineering, and Media roles in LATAM. Responsibilities include defining and implementing recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from strategy to offer closing, and focus on meeting current and future business objectives through impactful talent acquisition programs. You will leverage your expertise and knowledge of industry trends to recruit top talent, with a focus on early career talent, and continuously improve the quality of recruiting efforts. You will also lead projects, implement best practices, and identify and execute additional sourcing techniques.
Must have:
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
  • Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focussing on supporting business units to acomplish their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our Creative, Engineering, and Media roles LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for Prodigious with a focus on attracting top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe, work closely with the LATAM talent team in order to fill requisitions as quickly as possible while you continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Job Description

  • Build relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, goals, and define talent acquisition strategies
  • Own full-cycle Recruitment for your various roles from top-of-funnel strategy to running point on offers and closing candidates
  • Focus on meeting current and future business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful talent acquisition programs and processes.
  • Combine your recruitment expertise and your knowledge of industry trends to recruit and support top talent, with a focus on an early career talent strategy
  • Apply your recruiting and operations knowledge to successfully lead projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Drive performance and efficiency by implementing recruitment management best practices and improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Excel at planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the recruitment capability.
  • Identify roadblocks, overcoming obstacles while promoting growth, creating a positive candidate, and hiring manager experience.
  • Thrive in an environment leading talent acquisition efforts
  • Improve the sourcing process through the identification and execution of additional sourcing techniques, including the evaluation of channels and the management of sourcing resources.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to team members
  • Act as a change champion for new initiatives and processes
  • Continuously improve the quality of recruiting efforts and talent entering the organization through regular assessments and evaluations of processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans after analyzing data and results, comparing strategy and targets and communicating status to determine an action plan.

Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market 
  • Strong  knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and staffing, and employment practices
  • Working knowledge of market compensation trends
  • History of working with hiring managers AND stakeholders/business partners at all levels of the organization 
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • The desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partner
  • A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
  • Advanced english level
