Job Summary

Job Description

The Publishing Platform PM will be responsible for defining and coordinating the features and policies necessary for KRAFTON's Global Publishing Platform (GPP), a platform integrating functionalities such as authentication, payment, and statistics. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize features for KRAFTON's game releases. Responsibilities include conceiving social products to enhance user interaction, developing product roadmaps, monitoring post-launch performance, and improving product operation tools to increase team productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, from conception to release and operation, and possess strong business English skills.

Must have:

Deep understanding of game/IT industry
Full product lifecycle experience (concept to operation)
Product planning & policy documentation skills
Business English proficiency
No restrictions on international travel

Good to have:

Understanding of app distribution across major gaming platforms (mobile, PC, console)
Game platform or game launch experience
Passion for games

유저 인터렉션 강화를 위한 소셜 프로덕트를 구상하고 전략을 수립합니다.
단기와 장기 목표를 반영해 프로덕트 로드맵을 설정하고, 각 단계별로 목표와 일정을 정하고 협업 팀에 공유합니다.
출시 후 프로덕트의 성과를 모니터링하고, 지속적인 개선을 위해 피드백을 반영합니다.
프로덕트 운영 도구를 효율적으로 운영하고, 운영팀의 생산성을 높이기 위해 적절한 가이드와 서비스를 제공합니다.

게임/IT 산업에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
프로덕트의 구상부터 릴리즈까지 하나의 프로덕트의 출시 및 운영까지 경험해보신 분
프로덕트 기획&정책 문서를 제작할 수 있는 분
비지니스 영어가 가능하신 분
해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
