Job Description

This role is for a Senior Marketing Manager for PUBG Mobile in the Latin American region. Responsibilities include leading core marketing strategies, working with R&D and headquarters teams to develop integrated marketing plans, managing key influencers and content creators, overseeing agency and partner resources, and analyzing marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game marketing, a passion for gaming, excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English, and ideally, Portuguese or Spanish. The position requires frequent travel to Latin America.

Must have:

5+ years game marketing experience
Fluent in English
Deep understanding of FPS games
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Experience with influencer marketing

Good to have:

Portuguese/Spanish
Experience in overseas markets

Responsibilities:

岗位职能：
* 主导PUBGM在拉美区域的核心推广策略，为产品的活跃/收入等核心KPI负责；
* 与研发及总部团队紧密配合，围绕拉美区域核心节点及产品主线内容，基于区域用户偏好制定整合营销方案及落地执行；
* 管理及维护区域各类核心网红，内容创作者，深耕当地主流内容平台，持续提升游戏在当地的内容声量；
* 开拓及管理区域所有核心agency及合作伙伴资源，带领拉美本地团队，把控从策略到执行的全流程落地；
* 持续跟踪及分析各类市场手段效果，及时调整和优化策略。

Requirements:

岗位要求：
* 5年以上游戏行业市场/品牌经验，有海外业务工作经验优先；
* 热爱游戏，各类经典主机/手游经验丰富，对FPS品类有深度理解；
* 良好的沟通和协作能力，能在跨国/跨文化/跨时差等条件下完成复杂项目落地；
* 英语读写流畅，可作为工作语言；有葡语/西语小语种能力优先；
* 基于业务及目标需求，乐于出差拉美。
