Playrix seeks a Project Manager to lead product growth strategies and build high-performing teams. Ideal candidate possesses strong game development experience, product management expertise, and team assessment/development skills. Fluency in Russian is required.

Project Manager

We're looking for a manager who wants to build expert teams and help them make successful products. We believe that a manager's role is to improve the world around them. Our team is constantly looking for ways to step up our game. To achieve that, we give greater freedom in decision-making to managers and avoid limiting them with rigid processes.

Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game development companies  in the world. In terms of mobile application revenue, we rank first in Europe  and are in the top 3 worldwide. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and more than 30 million people around the world play them every day.

Tasks

Ensuring the successful development and implementation of product growth strategies
Building and leading teams: performance reviews, professional development support, hiring
Production management: creating and developing processes and overseeing their efficiency

Requirements

Experience in managerial, leadership, or product positions in game development companies
Exceptional understanding of the principles and processes of product management
Experience assessing and developing a team
Fluency in Russian
