Project Logistics Associate

Project logistics is a specialized subset of the logistics industry that requires a fully integrated approach to the global orchestration of material flow, order management and shipment execution from multiple origins to a defined site location, including transportation of regular, out of gauge cargo (OOG) and other sensitive cargo across various transport modes (Ocean, Air and Land) with the objective to deliver in full, complete, on time and in the right sequence per the customer’s project plan and schedule.

We are currently hiring “Project Logistics Associate” based in our Istanbul, Türkiye office. You will play a crucial role planning and operating project logistics and in delivering exceptional experiences to our internal & external customers and ensuring the smooth execution of special cargo & project logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Plan the most efficient solution in accordance with the customer need, and prepare the offer accordingly by carefully controlling with all involved local & global parties
• Handle the daily operation & documentation of the shipments
• Build strong relationships with all local & global stakeholders
• Is fully responsible for ensuring a smooth operation
• Has a full understanding of the logistics needs and requirements
• Attend port operations if necessary

We are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience within logistics. Project Logistics knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer requests with a commercial mindset.
• Strong sense of urgency and exceptional prioritization skills for time-critical tasks.
• Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, efficiently managing workload with agility.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
