As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will collaborate with all organizational levels to define project requirements for new processes and software systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive decision making, and plan for scalable, efficient, and predictable growth. You will establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals, and support the growing machine learning infrastructure at global data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long term supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels.
  • Establish and utilize statistical models, processes, and software tools in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
  • Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks, mitigation options, service level goals.
  • Prepare, report, and present Supply and Demand recommendations with models and logic to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Drive product success by keeping accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, on- time delivery, inventory, excess and obsolescence, and material spend.
