As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of one or more key GCCA programs focused on knowledge sharing, community building, and customer advocacy within the cybersecurity organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, field teams) to ensure alignment and achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
