The Technical Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and maintaining data centers and building the next generation of Google platforms. As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and usher projects through the entire project life-cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production hand-off, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful hand-off to partner teams.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds as well as supply continuity into production.
  • Manage spend against project budgets, and manage production risk buys and strategic buffers.
  • Develop and document global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead time, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies.
  • Update project schedules, communicate status, risks and influence change, and represent the New Product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings, driving initiatives and process improvements to help the team grow in scalability.
