Summary

The Program Coordinator Intern will assist the Senior Program Manager and the Programs team in various aspects of program development and execution. Responsibilities include conducting desk research, preparing fundraising decks, improving program design, stakeholder mapping, assisting with project execution and monitoring, and contributing to the implementation of pilot projects and new programs like GIF Hub, Community of Practice, and Tech4Community. The intern will also help create pitch decks, manage collaborative events, maintain a program knowledge repository, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a passion for social and environmental innovation.

About The Role

You will work directly with the Senior Programs Manager and the Programs team. You will play a role in assisting the Senior Program Manager in conducting desk research and preparing decks for program fundraising purposes, program design improvement, stakeholders ecosystem mapping and assisting team leads in project execution & monitoring. 

What You Will Do

    • Assist the Catalyst Changemakers Ecosystem (CCE) Program team with Pilot Projects launching and implementation preparation.
    • Assist the Program team in the new programs’ (GIF Hub, Community of Practice, Tech4Community, etc.) stakeholder mapping, by focusing on organisations, governments, universities and/or Key Opinion Leaders (KOL). 
    • Assist with the implementation preparation for 2025 programs together with the other Program team members, which includes conducting desk research and program assessment.
    • Assist the Head of Programs, Senior Program Managers, and Team Leads in creating high quality pitch decks. 
    • Assist in the engagement and management of collaborative events with stakeholders, including donors, partners, tutors - mentors, changemakers, and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain and develop a knowledge repository of programs, with a focus on sustainability, communication, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Successfully work in partnership with cross-functional partner teams to deliver programs and develop strong relationships across stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with affiliated corporate vendors and other teams regarding program implementation.

What You Will Need

    • Final year student or fresh graduate in any major. Has leadership and organisation experiences.
    • One year experience in executing and monitoring the project.
    • Has project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
    • Has a vision and passion to address environmental, economic and social innovations 
    • Has the ability to create high quality pitch decks (is highly preferred).
    • Experience in Google suite/Microsoft Office Applications (preferably familiar with data management and analysis with Excel/Google Sheets).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, other languages are a plus point.
    • Experience working in a cross-functional team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment.
