Responsibilities - Responsible for insight and analysis into enterprise communication-related products and solutions, provide clients with competitive solutions based on product status, and facilitate and track customer integration, go-live, and after-sales; - Have in-depth thinking on the development of communication products, able to propose product innovation plans in line with customer needs and market trends, and enhance business competitiveness - Have a clear understanding and strong sensitivity of SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and other business resources, drive resource optimization to meet customer requirements

Who You Are - Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 year of enterprise communication technology service experience; - Understand the business form and product logic of the communications industry, and have been engaged in related technical services; - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work systematically with surrounding teams and cross-departmental teams, and be able to break through innovation and seek collaborative resources; - Ability to adapt to a high-intensity working environment and working through challenging tasks ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
