As we secure exciting new projects, we’re looking to expand our team with top talent.

What You'll Do

As a Product & Service Designer, you'll create end-to-end experiences for our clients, including recommendations coming from insights and final deliverables. This mid-level role requires a deep understanding of communication codes and tones for online branding in the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating client insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around them.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to understand and outline the project scope to fit clients' needs.
  • Creating decks to articulate and present your ideas.
  • Handling the strategic design aspect of user experience, finding the right methodology and deliverables for each project (we expect examples of user research sessions, personas, experience maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design).

What You're Like

We are looking for someone autonomous when it comes to design-related projects, who thrives on challenges and is eager to grow their abilities and knowledge. You are a passionate advocate for great user experiences, with both analytical and creative thinking skills. You understand design is not about the number of screens you created, but rather about the solutions you explored through your iterations. You possess an eye for visual interaction details, a knack for advocating for your solutions, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

What we'd love to see

  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or in the User Experience Design field.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • A portfolio showcasing your problem-solving capabilities, with case studies highlighting both the thought process and the final result.
  • Ideally face-to-face client interaction experience.
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • The ability to defend your views with conviction and adapt gracefully when new information arises.
  • Ideally, a degree in a design-related course. However, we are happy to hear from applicants from other backgrounds with self-made references, a great attitude, work ethic, and ambition to craft great experiences.

We care about your personality and professional skills. We don't care about your gender, age, nationality or appearance and are open to working with everyone.
