What you’ll do:
- Develop MRGS, a key internal service for developers
- Create, coordinate, and update the service improvement roadmap
- Establish transparent processes and planning, from business to development
- Achieve annual KPIs and increase the NPS of the service
- Plan resources and timelines, assign tasks to developers and designers, control implementation timelines, accept results, and establish implementation processes
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience as a product manager in high-load internet projects/services
- Experience interacting with development: gathering and analyzing business requirements, task setting for developers, controlling implementation and timelines, testing results
- An understanding of the principles of IT product development and knowledge of project management principles
- Multitasking
- Ability to quickly assess situations and propose solutions, negotiate, and attention to detail
- Self-development skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to see tasks through to final "turnkey" completion
- Teamwork skills and the ability to maintain constructive working relationships
- Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts (both verbally, and in writing)
- Experience working in Figma and Miro
