A fantastic opportunity to create and deliver basketball content for FIBA top tier competitions around the world, for both men's and women's categories across all age groups and to distribute this content to broadcast and digital media platforms. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Producer to lead the content creation for FIBA competitions. This role involves developing a wide range of content, from long-form pieces to social media reels and managing the content team.
 
The Producer will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive content plan for each competition and will be instrumental in proposing innovative concepts to enhance FIBA’ s brand visibility and engagement. You'll be responsible for:

1. Content Creation and Management: Develop and produce all types of content related to FIBA competitions, including promotional videos, event coverage, long-form content and social media reels. Act as final Quality Control on all content. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and promotes FIBA competitions effectively

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the editorial team, providing guidance, support and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment. Manage the rota of freelance APs and editors and book post-production resources

3. Content Planning and Strategy: Support Senior producer, producing and developing detailed content plans for each competition, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and strategies for distribution
 
The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong English editorial skills.

As our new Producer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • To supervise the content production team and help make editorial judgements appropriate to service requirements
    • To work with internal DAZN and FIBA Communications teams to ensure the timely delivery of content to its final destination
    • To develop an understanding of new technologies used in the delivery of multi-platform products and to implement the use of equipment needed to execute this
    • To work efficiently to tight deadlines and to offer creative and flexible solutions in order to develop and shape the product, realising its full potential across multiple platforms
    • To build and maintain a proactive and collaborative relationship with in-house teams and manage technical aspects and delivery of broadcast and digital media content
    • To play a central role in a regular product review process, including regular meetings with the Senior Producer, Head of Content and internal departments
