About the team The Global Fire Safety Team is a crucial department within our organization, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of fire safety across all our regions: APAC, EMEA, and AMS. This team will be divided into two primary work streams: Policy & Program Management and Regional Operations. Each stream has distinct but complementary roles to ensure comprehensive fire safety management, strategic planning, and operational execution. Responsibilities: - Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies that align with the company's overall safety objectives. - System Design: Design and maintain comprehensive documentation systems, including fire safety manuals, audit checklists, and compliance records. - Audits and Inspections: Oversee the planning and execution of regular fire safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. - Training Programs: Create and manage employee training programs to increase fire safety awareness and knowledge across all levels of the organization. - Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies for daily operations and emergency situations, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information. - Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve fire safety practices, keeping abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements.

Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree and above - Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant fields, including strategy, strategy operations, operations management, and consulting, with at least 1 years in a leadership role Preferred Qualifications - Experience in designing training programs and communication strategies is preferred - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Quick learner, strong structured thinking and strategic planning skills ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
