Job Purpose

The Personal Assistant Talent supports the day-to-day activities of assigned talents, ensuring their schedules, logistics, and professional needs are managed effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to enable talents to focus on their core responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Organize and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of assigned talents.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Handle logistics for events, shoots, and appearances, including travel, accommodation, and on-site support.
• Ensure all materials and resources required by the talent are prepared in advance.
• Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the talent, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of engagements, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to the talent.
• Assist talents during events, shoots, and collaborations, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align talent activities with broader campaigns.
• Act as a point of contact for the talent, addressing their concerns and providing day-to-day support.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the talent to foster trust and collaboration.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the eSports, entertainment, or digital media industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the eSports and gaming industry is a plus.
