We are seeking an experienced, talented and driven Performance QA team leader to run a team responsible for ensuring our millions of users can enjoy a smooth and stable gaming experience.

• Lead a team of Performance QA engineers responsible for testing, measuring, visualizing, analyzing, and troubleshooting performance and stability data from a mobile game played by millions of users, as well as building and maintaining profiling tools and automation for performance analysis and certification of game releases. 
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across our development, QA and content creation teams to deliver tooling, automation and performance tests that ensure performance and stability metrics meet requirements.
• Hire, develop and manage a team, focusing on both people and tech management perspectives, with a strong focus on fostering professional growth and technical excellence among team members.
• Drive the adoption of rigorous performance standards, processes and best practices in the team throughout the development lifecycle, with a strong commitment to timely delivery and quality.

• Solid people management skills and 3+ years of experience as a manager;
• Extensive experience conducting client-side performance testing and analysis, preferably on mobile;
• Solid experience developing and maintaining portfolios of test automation;
• Solid coding skills (preferably, in Python);
• Experience leading complex multi-quarter projects to their successful completion;
• Proactive, with a “can do” attitude. Willingness to experiment, take risks, and inspire the team to action;
• A fearless approach to problem-solving, and outstanding learning skills;
• Easy to work with, a great team player, with strong written and oral communication skills in English.

• Experience with mobile development or game development;
• Substantial experience as a developer;
• Experience with AI and LLM-assisted test development;
• Experience working with device labs and designing and developing test execution infrastructure.
