This role will be part of a team that develops software that runs on over 100k computers worldwide, measuring panelists activities as they surf the Internet. Using a software meter that is optimized to be un intrusive to the user, yet able to gather many biometric data points and send them back to a collection system that runs in the Cloud.
The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for identifying candidate test cases, then automating those tests to run across several different client-side environments: Windows, Mac and multiple Browsers. It is expected to work with multiple delocalized project teams in multiple regions. As the Test Automation Engineer you will participate in the development efforts for our industry leading client-side meters. Your role will involve implementing, and maintaining an extensive functional regression test suite that exercises multiple Browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and Client-side executables, and then directly accessing backend databases to verify data quality. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects.
