Job Description

As a Payment Operations Analyst at Carry1st, you'll monitor and manage daily payment operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing and optimal performance. You'll identify and troubleshoot payment issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support implementation of payment changes, and generate reports on payment operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and success of Carry1st's payment processes. Responsibilities include tracking payments, identifying discrepancies and risks, resolving payment concerns, and contributing to operational improvements within a high-volume e-commerce environment.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Payment operations experience (e-commerce/high-volume)
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving
Day/night shift availability
Knowledge of payment trends in MENA

Good to have:

Gaming industry knowledge
Familiarity with gaming platforms

Description

As a Payment Operations Analyst, you will be essential in monitoring and managing daily payment operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and optimal performance of our payment infrastructure. As a vital member of the Payment Operations team, you will identify and troubleshoot payment-related issues and work with the team on improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our payment processes.

Play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and tracking of payment transactions
Assist in identifying payment issues, discrepancies, and potential risks, promptly escalating them for resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related concerns
Support the implementation of tactical changes to payment configurations
Assist in generating reports on payment operations, highlighting issues, trends, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Prior experience in Payment operations within e-commerce or within a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Availability to work day or night shifts
Interest in gaming industry trends and familiarity with gaming platforms
Knowledge of payment trends and user interactions with the MENA region
