Summary

Onward Search is seeking a Paid Media Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 global financial services client. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to a permanent role. The role is based in New York, NY, and requires an on-site presence 3 days a week. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, fostering a data-driven marketing culture, optimizing media budgets, tracking campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in paid media, preferably within financial services or highly regulated industries. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

We’re looking to hire a Paid Media Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 global financial services client.   Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

My direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the paid media  team to develop and execute data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable business results across various channels (paid display, social, search, etc). This is a 3 – month contract + extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in New York, NY, and the role is on-site 3 days/week.
 
Paid Media Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and publishers.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven marketing by sharing insights and best practices with the broader team.
  • Optimize media budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.


Paid Media Marketing Manager Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of experience in paid media at an agency or in-house.
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries, particularly co-branded or consumer cards, is preferred.
  • Proven track record in launching high-profile campaigns and managing the planning process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
