Big Ant Studios are looking for an Outsource Coordinator to play a key role in the studio.

Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.

The Job:

  • Acting as the main contact between the studio and outsourcers.
  • Ensuring outsourced assets meet quality standards.
  • Providing feedback on outsourced work.
  • Selecting and managing external outsourcers.
  • Maintaining records of outgoing and incoming work.
  • Maintaining incoming data.
  • Ensuring the prioritisation of work to meet project deadlines.

About You:

  • Experience being an artist in a video game development pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills.

 You get bonus points for:

  • Character art experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of and interest in sports.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
