Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive network operations strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on network designs and technologies. Lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with partner teams on New Product Introductions (NPI) programs to ensure Operations readiness.
  • Improve network efficiency and effectiveness through investing in process and automation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Identify chronic issues and take proactive actions to mitigate the impact.
