ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Motion Designer to join our global moving image / creative solutions team, working across our lines of business to deliver digital and motion-based solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us shape the growth of our film and motion capabilities. Scope exists for you to develop your career within this role, so an appetite to learn through both internal training and self-initiative is essential.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, visual arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working within an agency/studio environment.
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Creative, passionate and bundles of enthusiasm
  • Great communicator including listening skills.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • A proficient working knowledge of Cinema 4D (or similar, but with the ambition to learn C4D)
  • Conversant in Adobe CC core software – must have experience of After Effects and/or Premiere.
  • Ambition and curiosity to learn the latest cloud-based platforms (Rive, Spline.3d, Unreal Engine etc)
  • Must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about moving image, design and digital.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize design focus accordingly.
