As a Model/Paint OS Lead at Epic Games, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of models and painting systems within Unreal Engine. This involves defining and implementing features, collaborating with a team of engineers and artists, and ensuring high-quality results. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for creating visually stunning interactive experiences. Responsibilities include defining technical specifications, leading development efforts, collaborating with other teams, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall quality and performance of the model and paint systems.
