Job Description

This role involves physics-based modeling of complex mechanical systems, including gear kinematics, gear test rig development, scroll and screw compressor modeling, FEA for fluid, thermal, and structural problems, and rotor dynamics modeling. The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, expertise in computational methods for fluid and thermal systems, and proficiency in FEA for component optimization. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and excellent communication skills are essential. The position requires fluency in English and offers a challenging and fast-paced work environment in Athens, Greece.

Must have:

Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
Experience in computational methods for fluid and thermal systems
Proficiency in FEA for component optimization
3D modeling software expertise (SolidWorks, CATIA)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer who will be working on physics modeling of complex mechanical systems.

What You’ll Do

Gear kinematics modeling
Gear test rig development
Physics based scroll and screw modeling

What You’ll Bring

Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering.
Demonstrated experience in computational methods for fluid and thermal systems.
Strong skills in calculation of components / component optimization using FEA.
Proficiency in designing parts and assemblies using 3D modeling software.
Expertise in SolidWorks, CATIA, FEA simulation.
Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail and self-direction.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
English fluently in speaking, reading and writing.
