Our labour team consists of dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate staff who share our vision and purpose to build trust in society and solve important problems. Our team supports and advises global clients on any issues related to the labour affairs and cross border mobility of human resources of their enterprises. We focus on providing our services while maintaining a practical approach, customized to the client's needs by exploiting also the benefit of our close cooperation with other HR focused teams of PwC.
Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for our services, we are now recruiting an Experienced Lawyer for our labour team in Athens with focus on labour and immigration issues.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
Be part of the Legal team, focused on labour law and immigration issues
Preparation of opinions related to labour law matters and proceedings
Carrying out technical research on labour law and immigration legislation and case law
Manage client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals, documents and reports
Liaising with the Greek labour and immigration authorities
Review and/or drafting of legal and contractual documentation
What we are looking for
3 – 5 years of working experience at a law firm or in a large in-house law department with focus on labour law and immigration matters
Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university
A postgraduate degree in the area of labour law will be highly regarded
Active license to practice law in Greece
Excellent command of the English language, strong writing and verbal skills
Confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment
Ability of coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects will be highly regarded
