The Opportunity:

Postman is seeking a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategy by managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack and supporting key operational initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and measurable marketing programs that contribute to our company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and optimization of platforms like Marketo, troubleshooting and recommending system enhancements for improved performance.
  • Field support from GTM teams to triage, scope, implement irregularities in data or process outcomes and escalate platform issues to our Senior Marketing Operations Manager. 
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to implement lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lifecycle management, ensuring database health and alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Support Campaign Operations with end-to-end campaign setup, including list uploads, segmentation, asset management, quality control, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for GTM teams, providing best practices and ongoing support on tools and processes.
  • Maintain data integrity and lead data hygiene efforts. Build and manage regular reports to track marketing performance and inform decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, with demonstrated expertise managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms.
  • Marketo Professional Certification is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data management, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and work across various departments, including sales, marketing, and product.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced marketing attribution tools.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth or SaaS environment.

This is an on-site role based anywhere on the West Coast & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $85,000-$100,000 & a competitive equity package.
