Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Quality Engineer for our high-performance bicycle assembly to help build the best bikes in the world. You’ll ensure top-notch quality throughout the manufacturing process, working with various teams to solve issues and drive improvements. The ideal candidate has a solid background in quality assurance, sharp attention to detail, a positive, collaborative mindset, and the ability to take initiative and deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our bikes consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct audits and analyze data to spot trends and identify defects.
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement in product and process quality.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments and globally.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality role.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), technical drawings, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and other computer applications.
  • An interest in cycling is a plus!
