Team Introduction In line with the company’s globalization strategy and vision, the Global Payments team builds a platform that provides cross-border payment solutions. This role will focus on the design and management of transaction monitoring products, ensuring that compliance requirements are met while supporting the company’s growth in global markets by effectively mitigating risks. Responsibilities - Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing optimization of the Transaction Monitoring (TM) product. Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to ensure the product effectively addresses complex transaction risks; - Guide the team in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks related to suspicious transactions. Build and enhance transaction monitoring systems to ensure all relevant policies and operations comply with regulatory requirements, driving results in risk management; - Use data analysis to proactively identify potential suspicious transaction patterns, design and optimize monitoring rules, and improve the accuracy and response time of transaction monitoring; - Keep track of and analyze the latest anti-money laundering regulations and industry trends, converting them into product improvement recommendations to ensure that the product meets the latest regulatory requirements; - Continuously conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product remains competitive globally and can adapt quickly to market and business changes; - Setting clear goals for transaction monitoring system improvements, and ensuring the team delivers effective risk identification and mitigation results; - Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and improvements in transaction monitoring products, ensuring the company maintains a leading position in compliance and risk management.

Minimum Requirement - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to detect potential risks and optimize monitoring strategies; - Experience in product design and management, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments to drive product iteration and continuous improvement; - Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-changing environments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; - Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across teams and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders. Preferred Requirement: - At least 5 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring or related fields, with independent product design and management experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality product prototypes and solutions; - Proven ability to guide a team towards achieving strong results in transaction monitoring, with a focus on effective risk management; - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, law, or data-related fields.
