The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Product Activation leads.
  • Work with Global Product Activation team and the YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.
  • Initiate, establish, and scale strategic initiatives, working with a broad stakeholder set.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, strategic change management, and overall communications.
  • Create a positive team environment.
