What you’ll do:
- Develop and launch regular in-game events, promotions, and special offers to increase user engagement and revenue
- Conduct experiments and help interpret results to improve various project metrics
- Manage in-game purchases, customize and optimize in-game offers, develop monetization strategy
- Track and analyze key metrics (ARPU, DAU, Retention, and so on), evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns implemented, and make suggestions for improvement
- Work with development, marketing and analytics teams to implement events and maintain the game lifecycle
- Participate in the creation of content plans, develop and implement new game mechanics and offerings to increase player interest
- Track industry trends and best practices in game monetization
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent understanding of the mobile gaming market, metrics and monetization methods
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in international projects
- Understanding of the basics of AB testing, mathematical statistics
- Experience writing SQL queries, working with Python, R data
- Experience working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Dev2Dev, Superset, AWS, and so on)
