Lead Product Manager LATAM

• Collaborate with Product Research and Analytics teams to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations;
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis;
• Work closely with internal teams to improve the product's sportsbook, casino, platform, payments, and engagement functionalities;
• Run experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses, from planning through to results analysis and implementation;
• Develop and execute operational and product roadmaps based on data insights and the product vision;
• Lead UI/UX enhancements in collaboration with the Design team, driven by data analysis;
• Create clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and flowcharts;
• Lead and inspire a team of product specialists to successfully execute product initiatives;
• Prioritize, plan, and oversee product-related tasks, activities, and launches.

We need your professional experience:

• 4+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience, preferably in a leadership role;
• Strong expertise in requirements scoping and documentation (user stories, PRDs, flowcharts, and diagrams);
• Practical experience in running product experiments and A/B tests;
• Deep understanding of the iGaming and Betting industry;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and product development;
• Strong understanding of product architecture, development processes, and technical expertise;
• Experience with gambling industry regulations, particularly in the LatAm region, is highly desirable.
