Job Description

Lead the development team for the browser-based RPG Hero Wars Dominion Era. Responsibilities include ensuring features meet business requirements, team development, process improvement, accelerating time-to-market, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and enhancing system performance and scalability. Requires 5+ years of commercial PHP7+ experience and 2+ years managing a technical team. Experience with MySQL, InnoDB, OOP, design patterns, database query optimization, and high-load systems is essential. English proficiency is required.

About your role
We invite an experienced Lead PHP Developer to join our flagship project — the browser-based RPG battler Hero Wars Dominion Era. You will lead the development team and be responsible for its efficiency.

Ensuring features meet business requirements
Developing the team
Improving development processes and team interactions
Accelerating time-to-market
Implementing cutting-edge technologies and architectures
Enhancing system performance and scalability

We hope that you have
5+ years of commercial experience with PHP7+
2+ years of experience managing a technical team
Experience with MySQL + InnoDB
Understanding of OOP and design patterns
English proficiency (reading technical documentation)
Experience optimizing database queries
Experience working with high-load systems
