Job Description

As a Lead WMS Engineer at Enphase Energy, you'll be part of the IT team responsible for building a smart, scalable warehousing solution using Oracle WMS. Responsibilities include supporting the logistics organization with existing and new applications, developing documentation (technical design guides, briefs, best practices, training materials), and executing systems integration testing. You will collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and efficient warehousing processes. This role requires strong technical skills in Oracle WMS/Logfire and Oracle Cloud ERP, excellent communication, and a process-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

6+ years Oracle WMS/Logfire experience
Oracle Cloud ERP experience
Develop and deliver technical documentation
Systems integration testing and feedback collection
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

About the role

As an Lead WMS Engineer, you will be a member of our talented IT team responsible for building smart, scalable Warehousing solution using Orace WMS.

What you will do

Support the logistics organization, helping them support the existing applications
Support with building new applications for logistics organization
Develop and deliver documentation such as: technical design guides, technical briefs, best practices, and training
Coordinate and execute systems integration testing and feedback collection for new and existing applications

Who you are and what you bring

A minimum of 6+ years of experience using Oracle WMS/Logfire product, Oracle Cloud ERP.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - preferred.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Process-focused, highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Practical and hands-on experience and expertise with logistics applications.
Experience working remotely with strong self-management and interpersonal skills and a proven record of establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
A passion for the renewable sector.
