The Opportunity

Ability to explain and communicate the design /development to the mentors/leads

Ability to perform interference check against top level assembly

Ability to create harness drawing wire table and electrical components selection

Ability to manage and guarantee high levels of cohesion and quality

Ability to perform and evaluate new design using FEA and calculated by hand

Good written and verbal communication abilities

Proactively seek help wherever it is required

Ability to work in a team

Ability to think analytically and conceptually
