Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating project workflows to ensure efficient and timely completion.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on project requirements and individual skill sets.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., creative, production, marketing) to align on project needs and timelines.
Timeline Management:
- Track project progress and update schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, identifying potential bottlenecks and proactively addressing issues.
- Ensure that project deadlines are communicated to all team members and stakeholders.
Resource Allocation:
- Support resource allocation by identifying team availability and project needs.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding project updates, timelines, and resource needs.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain project management tools and software, updating task assignments and timelines as needed.
- Support senior traffic manager with administrative tasks, such as data entry, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by senior management to facilitate the smooth operation of the traffic department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or internship in traffic management, project coordination, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
