Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional team.
Collaborate with the Mobile Architect, Team, PM, PО, and Designer to develop roadmaps and features to delight our product.
Be able to deal with issues and feel a deep need to share the experience with others.
Multitasking abilities with a willingness to assist senior PMs or team leads.
Requirements:
1+ years of successful experience in team leadership/management in SW development/engineering/outsourcing industry.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams or coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of project life cycles or workflows.
Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning concepts (e.g., assigning tasks based on workload).
Knowledge of basic risk identification and mitigation techniques.
