ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Business Analyst you will play a key role in analysing data for both our casino and sports products, customer behaviour, and market performance. Key responsibilities include building reports, monitoring key performance metrics, reviewing promotional performance, and ad hoc analysis.
You will work closely with various teams, including commercial and marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical skills and make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Proactively monitor key metrics and identify performance trends
● Undertake data analysis and develop actionable insights to improve business performance, with an emphasis on sports in addition to casino
● Conducting analysis of promotion costs and performance to measure effectiveness and optimise return on investment
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
● Identify and implement process efficiencies & automation improvements.
● Collaborate with other business analysts and the data and analytics team to improve data communication and understanding across the company
● Documenting your work and contributing to the development of knowledge resources
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● A proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
● Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Excel)
● Eagerness to continuously improve and grow within your career.
● Degree level education
NICE TO HAVES
● Experience in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
● Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
● An active interest in sports or sports betting
