You will be expected to:

Act as the owner of the job costing activities related to the customers assigned, ensuring accurate and in-time invoicing, clarifications being raised and solved and avoiding delays either in invoicing or vendor payment.

Own all Supply Chain Management Operations activities related to job costing for the customers assigned
Manage and assess the documentation, system updates, and operational finance related to shipment costing and billing
Own, raise & clarify all customer issues related to the expenses and revenues and facilitate their timely and effective resolution by engaging with relevant internal stakeholders
Collaborate in the development and implementation of a strategy to create customizable solutions in job costing based on customer needs while maintaining standard product offerings
Support all financial risk analysis and controls to ensure correct visibility of P&L figures and results

We are looking for:

2 years of experience in the logistics industry will be preferable
University/bachelor´s degree
SAP background preferred
Highly motivated, attention to details, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time
Positive attitude and proactive communication
Good stakeholder management and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English is instrumental
Nice to have: French speaker
