JOB DESCRIPITION 

Job Summary:

Support and Collaborate with all Stake Holders at IBT & IPU Team at Regional and Global level for Procurement process, Supplier, Project & Data Management.

Education:

• University degree with major in engineering and/or accounting, finance, or similar.

Experience: 9 years - 13 Years

Job location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Core responsibilities:

• Commodity / Category management
• Supplier selection and management (Selection, Qualification, Consolidation including phasing out)
• Negotiation & preparing sourcing decision (QAR)
• PR/PO conversion & Release of PO with in defined TAT
• Financial performance - Achieve IPU Cost savings & Cost Avoidance Targets
• Supporting Documentation for all purchase related activities in line with Internal control Audit requirement
• Conducting Supplier survey and Plan to improve supplier performance
• Collaborate with other category buyer/s and engineering within the organization on IT / RD&E Tools & Services sourcing topics
• Contract Management for Professional services, Tests & Lab, Travels, IT, Logistics & Admin Activities
• Managing due-diligence, escalation management on a day-to-day basis regarding PR/PO & sourcing related.
