Job Description

As an International Product Growth Manager for Vietnam, you will ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the market. With your deep understanding of the local product landscape and cultural context, you will identify product gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and drive the execution of growth initiatives for Vietnam. You will also be responsible for providing local insights, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta's success in Vietnam, exploring and identifying strategic growth opportunities in Vietnam leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities, driving solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities, influencing and partnering with product teams to execute on solutions, and partnering with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution.

Must have:

6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
Experience in the understanding of the Vietnamese market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
Fluency in Vietnamese
Communication and collaboration experiences
Experience working effectively with and influence cross-functional teams

Good to have:

Experienced working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
Experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
Experience with building products tailored to Vietnam
Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones

International Product Growth Manager, Vietnam Responsibilities

Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Vietnam

Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Vietnam

Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Vietnam leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities

Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities

Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions

Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product management or a related field

Experience in the understanding of the Vietnamese market, including its unique challenges and opportunities

Fluency in Vietnamese as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions

Communication and collaboration experiences, with the experience working effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making

Experience with building products tailored to Vietnam

Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures

Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
