  • The Senior Change Management Lead will:
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
    Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Create, manage, and direct the activities of an integrated CM project team, including business partners and project PMO.
  • Direct communication efforts and interventions
    Work with change consultants and communication specialists to enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Engage with key client stakeholders ensuring their active support and involvement throughout the transformation process.
  • Conduct  stakeholder analysis to understand concerns, expectations, and influence levels.
  • Assess the change impact
    Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Establish change readiness metrics, defining KPIs to measure individual and team preparedness for change adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams to recommend change resource needs and support scope​.
  • Identify change management and project issues as they arise; prepare recommendations to address the issue in a timely manner and implement as appropriate
  • Support training efforts
    Provide input to design the training strategy and approach tailored to a project and stakeholder needs,
  • Conduct a training needs analysis
  • Document requirements, and lead the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts
  • Collaborate and align with cross functional teams to ensure integration of change management activities with other business activities

Lead and guide a team of change consultants and specialists

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Change leaders and senior consultants to deliver on a change programs.
  • Implement specific change management strategies and plans using the CM methodology to support assigned corporate initiatives​.
  • Support Change managers and senior consultants with delivery of change impact assessment workshops​.
  • Work with the larger team to develop and execute the change plan.
  • Consult with various stakeholders to identify communication needs and gather relevant content for the various communications​.
  • Prepare creative, engaging, communications to build awareness of initiatives across the organization and support major change initiatives​.
  • Support development of consistent branding and marketing efforts for large-scale change projects​.
  • Implement specific training strategies and plans using the CMO methodologies.
  • Using the CMO change management methodologies assess, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and education needs​.
  • Design, develop, deliver, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of training as appropriate to support the specific change initiative.
