Support the L&D team in Spain from a Learning Technology & Digital Learning perspective, covering all lines of services
Job duties eg:
Support the team from a Learning Technology perspective:
-Maintaining the daily operation and use of a Learning Management System including establishing curricula, users, user groups and other sub-systems
-Monitoring and reviewing LMS enhancements/changes and communicating with stakeholders
-Collaborate with other departments to elaborate elearn content
-Resolving technical support requests with the system, problem solving and escalation to EMEA CoE
-Creating, maintaining and distributing reports within the system. Leveraging current business analytics platforms and contributing to design dashboards and metrics the business needs
Digital Upskilling:
-Monitoring digital projects implementations such as Digital Badges, Personal Trainer and others
-Digital Hub site: Keep the site up to date, contribute to its promotion
-Monitor and update our scorecard related to upskilling competencies
