We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team in our new office in Cyprus.

In this role, you will focus on contract administration, writing policies, and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws. You'll be part of a small but growing team, collaborating closely with the onsite HR Team to support the office's operations and build the HR function during an exciting time of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration, including creating templates and ensuring compliance with local laws
  • Draft and update HR policies and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Assist in office coordination duties, event organisation, and office supplies management
  • Collaborate with the HR team onsite to support office operations and team growth
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy as we transition to new HR systems and processes

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role
  • You're highly detail-oriented and organised, with a knack for documenting and drafting contracts and policies
  • Experience with Confluence and remote collaboration tools is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Cypriot labor laws is a bonus
  • You're tech-savvy and excited to work in a collaborative, growth-driven environment
